Pikes Peak National Bank was opened in 1957 by local business people from the west side of Colorado Springs.  It is one of the few independent banks left in Colorado Springs.

We pride ourselves in maintaining a high quality of customer service.  We do not have an automated phone system.  When you call our bank, you speak to a professional who can answer your questions.  We have Account Executives who will open your account whether it be a checking, savings, certificate of deposit, loan, merchant account or any of our other accounts.  You then will deal with that Account Executive whenever you have a problem or need additional services.  In the event your Account Executive is out and you need something NOW, we have other professionals to help you.

We have an exclusive service no other bank offers.  It is a calling service that notifies you personally, in the event you become overdrawn or have a check that you deposited to your account that has come back because of insufficient funds.  We then allow you time to come in and make a deposit so your checks are not returned.

We also have some of the lowest loan rates in Colorado Springs.  Our turnaround time on a loan is about an hour.  Most banks have a turnaround time of a couple of days or even weeks.  We do not use a scoring system to approve our loans as most other banks do.  We take into account the different situations of EACH person who applies for a loan.  This is almost unheard of in the banking community today.  All of our decisions are made locally and in the branch where you apply.
